We are the owner and operator of Egma, an open-source platform for simulation testing, monitoring, and observability of voice agents. Egma is distributed as open-source software under the Apache License 2.0 and is designed to be self-hosted. When you run Egma on your own infrastructure, conversation recordings, transcripts, telemetry, grader verdicts, and any credentials you configure remain entirely within your deployment. We do not receive, access, or store that data. You are the controller of the data your deployment processes, and this Privacy Policy does not govern it.

This Policy applies to our public websites and documentation, and to any hosted or managed service we operate on your behalf under a separate agreement.
